Yes, Stress is dangerous for you. Stress is a silent and deadly epidemic, if we leave this go unmanaged we can develop poor health. This is because our bodies’ response to stress leads to conditions in which the body and mind does not work as well as it needs to maintain optimum health, which results in us being more vulnerable to disease and poor work and life performance. Nine of the top ten disease killers and more than 3,000 other diseases are stress related.

A one-to-one session, is a private consultation with your practitioner. It is focused on your needs and addresses your issues. Clients are asked to attend their sessions at the Limerick or Cork office.
The first session is about assessing your overall wellbeing, along with establishing the signs and symptom of stress you may be experiencing. This is carried out by confidential questionnaires that are specifically related to these areas. From this, a tailored solution focused action plan is developed that identifies the tools and strategies to be used in your case. We will work with you to implement the plan, which will alleviate the stress symptoms and start you on your road to improved health and performance.
As the sources and symptoms of stress vary from person to person, so do the required number of sessions; however the average number of session required is four to six.
The aim of the session is to alleviate and ideally eliminate the symptoms of stress that you have presented with and to enable you to learn the tools you need to prevent and manage stress in your life.
