Is Stress Dangerous for you?

Yes, Stress is dangerous for you. Stress is a silent and deadly epidemic, if we leave this go unmanaged we can develop poor health. This is because our bodies’ response to stress leads to conditions in which the body and mind does not work as well as it needs to maintain optimum health, which results in us being more vulnerable to disease and poor work and life performance.
